Visiting this website

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH in Austria. When you visit it, the server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and referring website. This data is needed to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, your enquiry and any health information you share) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare treatment (Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR). Medical records are kept for the periods required by law (§ 51 Ärztegesetz: at least 10 years).

Please note that unencrypted email is not a fully secure means of transmitting sensitive health data.

Online booking and external links

Online appointments are booked via DocFinder (DocFinder GmbH, Vienna). When you follow the booking link, DocFinder’s own privacy policy applies. The same applies to the links to Doctify, Google Maps, Facebook, the Leading Medicine Guide and the hospitals’ websites.

Maps of our practices are provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). A map is only loaded when you click “Show map”; your IP address and other technical data are then transmitted to Google, possibly also to servers in the USA (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent by clicking). Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

The Leading Medicine Guide certificate (image and script) is loaded from the Leading Medicine Guide server, which receives your IP address when the page loads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – presentation of a professional certification).
